Trump Residences also builds on a proven track record in the city. This project marks the second Trump-branded residential development in North India, with the first Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in 2018 in Gurugram, also fully sold out and set for delivery. Of six Trump-branded projects announced across India so far, four — in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurugram — have already been completed, and India now stands as the largest market for the Trump brand outside the US.
