Trump Residences, Sector 69 Gurugram

Trump Residences is an ultra-luxury branded residential address rising in Sector 69, Gurugram, developed through a powerful collaboration between Smart World Developers, Tribeca Developers, and The Trump Organization. The Twin Towers rise 51 floors into the sky, which makes them one of the tallest residential buildings in North India, and the total land area is 11.66 acres, with 298 planned homes across both towers. Launched in April 2025, the development targets ₹3,000 crore in sales backed by a ₹1,200 crore investment, marking the second Trump-branded residential project in Gurgaon.

Every residence has been conceived to deliver a globally benchmarked living experience. Homes come in 3 BHK and 4 BHK layouts with double-height living rooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a private lift lobby that opens into each flat, with interiors designed by Italian architect Matteo Nunziati. The shared rooftop offers residents stunning, uninterrupted views of the Aravalis, making it one of the project's crowning architectural achievements.

The launch response has been extraordinary. All 298 ultra-luxury units at Trump Residences Gurugram, priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 15 crore, were sold out on launch day, clocking Rs 3,250 crore in bookings, including Rs 125 crore worth of penthouses. Prices have since risen from Rs 25,000 per sq. ft. at launch to Rs 32,000 per sq. ft. within a span of six months, reinforcing sustained market demand and investor confidence.

Construction is now firmly underway. Smartworld Developers has awarded a construction contract worth INR 1,000 crore for the project, with excavation completed and structural construction now formally commenced. In keeping with the Trump brand's global hospitality standards, residents are set to enjoy club-style hospitality and facility management akin to Roseate Hotels & Resorts, similar to the arrangement at the first Trump Towers Delhi NCR project.
