Smart World Developers Expands into Noida with New Mixed-Use Project on the Expressway

Smart World Developers, the Gurugram-based real estate brand known for redefining luxury living along Golf Course Road Extension and Dwarka Expressway, has officially entered the Noida market. After making a significant mark in the Gurugram real estate market, Smartworld Developers has announced its foray into Noida, acquiring a 24,000 sq. mtr. (approx. 6-acre) land parcel in Sector 98, Noida, at a prominent location along the Noida Expressway, through an auction bidding Rs. 414 cr.

The upcoming development is being positioned as a lifestyle-first, mixed-use address rather than a plain residential tower. The upcoming mixed-use development will comprise premium, branded residences, high-street retail, and serviced homes, with an estimated sale value of over Rs. 3,000 crores. The project's total development cost, including land and construction, is approximately Rs 2,000 crore.
