First Trump-Branded Tower In Gurugram Nears Final Delivery To Owners
Nearly eight years after it was first launched, Trump Towers Delhi NCR in Sector 65, Gurugram is entering its final possession phase, marking a major milestone for India's branded-residence market. Developed jointly by M3M-backed Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers under license from The Trump Organization, the project has been one of the most closely watched luxury addresses in the National Capital Region since its 2018 launch.
The twin-tower development sits on Golf Course Extension Road and comprises two soaring towers offering 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences with sizes ranging from roughly 3,525 sq.ft. to 6,050 sq.ft. Trump Towers Delhi NCR Sector 65 Gurgaon has two iconic sky touching towers of 47 floors with 254 units built in it, offering a configuration of 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. Trump Towers Delhi NCR are being developed jointly by Tribeca Developers and M3M India.
On the possession front, timelines have moved through several revisions typical of large luxury towers, but the project is now firmly in its handover stage. The developers said that the first Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in 2018 in Gurugram, is fully sold out and set for delivery. Separately, construction was completed in June 2025, with possession for buyers scheduled soon after, enabling residents to move into their luxury apartments. Some channel-partner listings similarly note the project's status has shifted from under-construction to Ready to Move, with 47 levels of architecturally sculptural refinement across iconic twin buildings rising 198.84 meters above the ground.
The handover milestone was underlined recently when M3M brought together homeowners ahead of possession. M3M, the real estate conglomerate that has brought the Trump brand to India, hosted a Trump Towers home-owners' meet in Delhi NCR, described as the largest-ever congregation of Trump residence owners globally, celebrating community-led luxury living. Pankaj Bansal, Director, M3M India, explained that all the residents who will soon be neighbours were invited so they could connect and understand the community they are becoming part of.
This first tower's near-completion comes at a time when the Trump brand's footprint in Gurugram is expanding rapidly. In April 2025, Smartworld and Tribeca launched a second, larger Trump-branded project, Trump Residences Gurugram, in Sector 69. Priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 15 crore per unit, this second development's 298 homes were absorbed in record time across two 51-storey towers, in a collaboration between Smartworld, Tribeca, and The Trump Organization. There are at present five such high-rise luxury residential Trump properties, one each in Mumbai, Pune, two in Gurugram, and Kolkata.
Industry voices see the first tower's possession as validation of the branded-residence bet Smartworld and Tribeca made back in 2018. For buyers and investors tracking the Gurugram luxury corridor, the first tower's handover is a useful reference point. India is now home to over 13 lakh millionaires, and a growing number are looking for internationally benchmarked homes in familiar metros — a trend that has kept demand strong for both towers on Golf Course Extension Road and Sector 69. With four of the six Trump-branded projects announced in India already completed in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurugram, the Sector 65 tower's move into final possession adds another delivered address to that growing portfolio, while the Sector 69 tower continues under construction for buyers who booked into the brand's second Gurugram chapter.
