Trump Residences Gurgaon is an ultra-luxury, branded residential address rising on the Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 69. The developer, Smartworld Developers, was founded in 2021 by Pankaj Bansal and Aishwarya Bansal and is headquartered in Gurugram. The wider M3M and Smartworld group has delivered more than 31.8 million sq ft and has over 55.8 million sq ft under construction, giving buyers a trusted builder behind this landmark address. Possession is expected in April 2033.
