Long before Gurugram's luxury market started making national headlines, one project quietly proved that Indians were ready to pay top dollar for a branded address. Spread across a low-density layout, the project comprises two towers rising 47 floors each, with 262 units on offer, giving residents an unusually spacious, exclusive living experience for a high-rise in the National Capital Region. Nearly seven years after launch, the project is ready to move in, with possession of these high-rise apartments having started around July 2025, and every single unit sold.

In May 2025, the two companies, working in collaboration with The Trump Organization, launched a second Trump-branded address in Gurugram, Trump Residences, in Sector 69. The results stunned even seasoned industry watchers: all 298 ultra-luxury units at Trump Residences Gurugram, priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 15 crore, were sold out on launch day, clocking Rs 3,250 crore in bookings, including Rs 125 crore worth of penthouses. It is one of the largest single-day luxury housing sellouts recorded in the country.
The new project is built on a bigger canvas than its predecessor. The project comprises two 51-storey towers, with Smartworld overseeing development, construction, and customer service, while Tribeca, the official representative of the Trump brand in India, leads design, marketing, sales, and quality control. Buyers get an all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in select units, private elevators, and a shared rooftop with Aravalli views. The second tower goes a step further, becoming home to India's first aquarium bar, a massive aquarium integrated into a bar and restaurant, a first-of-its-kind amenity even by Gurugram's high standards.
Smartworld's leadership was quick to connect the dots between the two launches. Pankaj Bansal, Founder of Smartworld Developers, said the phenomenal response to Trump Residences is a testament to the aspiration for world-class living in India, adding that Smartworld is proud to lead the delivery of this landmark project, and thanked buyers for their trust in the company's vision. Tribeca's Kalpesh Mehta was equally emphatic, calling the launch a landmark moment for India's luxury market and noting that selling Rs 3,250 crore on Day 1 places this among the biggest luxury deals the country has ever seen.
The scale of the Trump brand's footprint in India is itself notable. This marks the second Trump-branded residential project in Gurugram and the sixth in India, and of the six announced so far, four, in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurugram, have already been completed, with India now standing as the largest market for the Trump brand outside the US. Backing that ambition, Smartworld and Tribeca committed ₹2,200 crore in investment for the Gurugram project earlier this year, underlining just how serious the developers are about the branded-residence segment.
Industry observers see this as more than a one-off luxury story. A Delhi-based luxury real estate consultant told Times of India that the success of the Trump Residences shows that India's wealthiest buyers are not just investing in square footage, they're buying into global branding, exclusivity, and a lifestyle experience. For homebuyers tracking Gurugram's super-premium segment, the arc from Trump Towers Delhi NCR's steady 2018 sellout to Trump Residences Gurugram's single-day Rs 3,250 crore record offers a clear signal: branded, high-rise living on Golf Course Extension Road and its surrounding micro-markets is no longer a niche bet, it is where serious capital is heading next.
